NOTICE: Company law and best practice have undergone a number of changes since the current Articles of Association of the Company were adopted in April 2000, particularly since January 2007 when the staged implementation of the Companies Act 2006 commenced.  The Board considers that it is prudent to replace the Company's exisiting Articles with new Articles that take account of those developments.
